2 - How does it work?

Easily add your existing items from your store to our platform using our straightforward uploading process. If you already use Shopify or WooCommerce, we can seamlessly import your merchandise.

If you don’t have an e-commerce site, our team can assist you in effortlessly adding your products to our platform. Your products should be offered at a discount for caregivers.

A percentage of your gross sales will benefit the caregiver community, with a small portion allocated to platform maintenance. Join us in making a positive societal impact while expanding your customer reach professionally and effortlessly.

3 - Do I need a website?
No, you don’t need a website to sell with us. We can assist you in listing your items for sale and setting up your vendor account, all hosted on our platform. If you already have an e-commerce site, we can connect to it and upload your preferred existing items to our platform.
4 - What can I sell?
You can sell both physical items and digital goods and services on our platform. Caregivers require a variety of products and services, and our goal is to provide them with access to everything they need.
5 - How do I receive payment?
Our payment structure is set up through Stripe, ensuring an easy onboarding process. Payments are transferred immediately to your account. If needed, we will happily assist you in setting up your Stripe account.
6 - What about shipping?
You can set up your shipping settings to match your current method in our vendor dashboard. These amounts can be adjusted for individual items as needed.
7 - Who are the customers that use CSC?
Our customers are caregivers and their family members. With over 53 million caregivers nationwide, we serve a diverse demographic. We are building our platform organically, focusing on small businesses and growing steadily.
8 - Who do I contact with questions?
You will have a direct contact from our team to assist with any issues or questions. We also hold weekly fireside chats where you can speak directly with the team. For immediate assistance, you can reach out to [email protected].
9 - How do I become an approved vendor?
You can become an approved vendor by meeting with our core team. We will review your business to ensure we are a good fit for each other.
10 - Do you offer vendor training and resources?
We provide initial setup assistance and offer marketing materials for your use. Participate in our weekly fireside chats to engage directly with our core team and community. Our community website offers social interactions, groups, and various resources for caregivers that vendors can access and contribute to.
